The pre-configurations of Ultimate Edition provide unmatched sensitivity throughout the periodic table with thin windows, high-power X-ray tube technology, curved crystals, and unique detector technology, therefore, saving time and increasing throughput. The flagship version is equipped with the our market-leading standard-free analysis module Omnian, which can perform qualitative and quantitative elemental analysis of unknowns or materials that are not easy to obtain calibration samples. The combination of WD and ED also significantly reduces analysis time, discovers unexpected elements and archives spectrum. Time-saving data collection can be achieved using the small spot analysis and mapping with the ED core. The entire spectrum measured by the ED core at each spot reduces the measurement time and allows quantitative data capture without standards.
