Principle

Under acidic conditions, copper ions dissociate from ceruloplasmin and react with complexing agent 3, 5-Dibr-Paesa to produce purple complexes with absorbance values proportional to concentration within a certain range.

Applications

Applicable to the detection of copper ion content in serum, plasma and animal tissue samples.

Procedure

1. Prepare standard samples and experimental samples.
2. Add reaction reagents in order for reaction.
3. Measure the absorbance of each tube.
4. Make the mark curve and calculate the result.
