Analysis of γ-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT/γ-GT) Activity by Enzyme-labeled Instrument (CAT#: STEM-MB-1421-LGZ)

Introduction

Sensitivity: 0.88 U/L
Detection range: 0.88-399.40 U/L
Precision: inter-lot difference of 6.2%, intra-lot difference of 4.2%
Detection equipment: Enzyme-labeled Instrument
Detection wavelength: 405 nm

Principle

γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT) catalyzed the transfer of γ-glutamyl to N-glutamyl glycine in γ-glutamyl p-nitroaniline, p-nitroaniline generation, has characteristic light absorption at 405 nm, by measuring the increase rate of absorbance at 405 nm wavelength, to calculate the activity of γ-GT enzyme.

Applications

It is suitable for detecting the activity of gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (gamma-GT) in serum, plasma and other liquid samples and animal tissue samples.

Procedure

1. Prepare standard samples and experimental samples.
2. Add reaction reagents in order for reaction.
3. Measure the absorbance of each tube.
4. Make the mark curve and calculate the result.

Materials

• Sample Type: serum, plasma and other liquid samples and animal tissue samples
