Analysis of IL-31 (Human) by MSD Hypersensitive Multi-Factor Electrochemiluminescence Analyzer (CAT#: STEM-MB-0341-LGZ)

Introduction

Interleukin-31 (IL-31) is a protein encoded in humans by the IL31 gene located on chromosome 12. The biological role of IL-31 is still not fully understood. Studies have shown that IL-31 may play an important role in the induction of cytokines and chemokines in atopic dermatitis, pruritus, allergic asthma, cell proliferation and differentiation, hematopoietic, inflammatory response and immune response.
