Introduction

LC-MS metabolomics is a metabolomics technology that detects the dynamic changes of a large number of metabolites before and after the organism is disturbed or stimulated by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), and then elucidates the metabolism-related processes of the organism.
GC-MS gas chromatography is a technology in which gas is used as the mobile phase to carry the sample into the chromatographic column. There is a stationary phase in the column, and the separation technology is used to separate components by using the different distribution of the components in the stationary phase.
