The Recombinant Human B7-H6 Protein manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for T-cell co-stimulation and immune responses.
The B7 gene family plays a crucial role in the regulation of the adaptive immune system. One recently discovered member is B7H6. Humans and mice have only one B7H6 gene; however, many B7H6 genes have been detected in a single large cluster in the African clawed frog genome. Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T cell therapy has shown sustained and potential efficacy in clinical trials for B-cell leukemia. In this study, a CAR targeting the NK cell activation receptor NKp30's ligand, B7H6, was designed to target multiple tumor types. B7H6 is expressed in various primary human tumors, including leukemia, lymphoma, and gastrointestinal stromal tumors, but is not constitutively expressed in normal tissues.
