Principle

Creatine kinase catalyzes the reaction of creatine and ATP to produce creatine phosphate. The content of creatine phosphate is detected by colorimetric method to reflect the content of ATP.

Applications

It is suitable for the detection of ATP content in animal tissue samples.

Procedure

1. Prepare standard samples and experimental samples.
2. Add reaction reagents in order for reaction.
3. Measure the absorbance of each tube.
4. Make the mark curve and calculate the result.
