Analysis of Glucose (GLU) by Fluorescence Microplate Reader (CAT#: STEM-MB-1505-LGZ)

Introduction

Sensitivity: 0.1 μmol/L
Detection range: 0.1-20 μmol/L
Precision: inter-lot difference of 2.8%, intra-lot difference of 1.7%
Detection equipment: Fluorescence Microplate Reader
Excitation wavelength: 535 nm
Emission wavelength: 590 nm

Principle

Glucose oxidase can catalyze the oxidation of glucose into gluconic acid and produce hydrogen peroxide. Under the action of peroxidase, it can catalyze the reaction of hydrogen peroxide with non-fluorescent substances to produce fluorescent substances.

Applications

Applicable to the detection of glucose content in serum, plasma, urine, body fluid, cells and other samples.

Procedure

1. Prepare standard samples and experimental samples.
2. Add reaction reagents in order for reaction.
3. Determination of fluorescence intensity.
4. Make the mark curve and calculate the result.

Materials

• Sample Type: serum, plasma, urine, body fluid, cells and other samples
