Analysis of NAD-Isocitrate Dehydrogenase (NAD-IDH) Activity by Enzyme-labeled Instrument (CAT#: STEM-MB-1485-LGZ)

Introduction

Sensitivity: 0.84 U/L
Detection range: 0.84-50 U/L
Precision: inter-lot difference of 8.6%, intra-lot difference of 5%
Detection equipment: Enzyme-labeled Instrument
Detection wavelength: 440-460 nm

Principle

The isocitrate dehydrogenase converts isocitrate into α-ketoglutaric acid under the activation of the activator, while NAD+ converts to NADH. Under the action of the electron coupling, there is a characteristic absorption peak at 450 nm. The enzyme activity of NAD-IDH can be determined according to the absorbance.

Applications

It is suitable for detecting the activity of NAD- isocitrate dehydrogenase (NAD-IDH) in tissue samples.

Procedure

1. Prepare standard samples and experimental samples.
2. Add reaction reagents in order for reaction.
3. Measure the absorbance of each tube.
4. Make the mark curve and calculate the result.

Materials

• Sample Type: tissue samples
